- If fraud, cheating, hacking, or platform abuse is proven, the account may be terminated and the balance forfeited.
- Users may request account closure at any time; however, the process may be put on hold until any pending withdrawals or bonus rollovers are completed.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amounts range from ৳100 to ৳500, depending on the payment method.
- When the deposit details are correct, funds are typically credited to your balance within a few minutes.
- Deposits from another person's mobile number or bank account are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal Rules
- Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
